If you travel whether for
pleasure or fun taking everything with you can be a problem. Especially when
you want your music or your pictures or maybe some family documents you have
saved so you can share with those special family members. In this course you
will learn to copy those files you’ll “need” and save them to a device so
you can carry your computer in your pocket.

Become a Picasso with Picasa!
In this dynamic and fun workshop,
you will learn the basics of using a downloadable software application that
allows you to organize and edit your digital photos. For organizing your
photos, this software has file importing and tracking features, as well as
tags and collections for further sorting. It also offers several basic photo
editing functions, including color enhancement, red eye reduction and
cropping. You will also learn of additional features including slide shows,
printing and image timelines. Images can also be prepared for external use,
such as for e-mailing or printing, by reducing file size and setting up page
layouts. There is also integration with online photo printing services.

Web Page in One
Day
In this hands-on course, students
will learn how to build a basic web page. Concepts covered include choosing
a domain name, formatting and page layout, using tables and inserting
graphics. At the end of the course, the students will not only have built a
web page, but they will have posted it on the world wide web before the
conclusion of the class.

How to use your
Digital Camera
In this dynamic workshop,
participants will learn the basics of using a digital camera. They will
learn how they work and how to purchase one to meet their unique needs. In
addition, learn the basics of Photoshop to touch up digital camera photos
and create collages. A fun information class taught in a hands-on workshop
style.
